Background. The purpose of the work was to evaluate effectiveness endoscopic stenting method in stenosing cancer and strictures digestive tract. Materials methods. Since January 2015, has been performed 12 patients using self-expanding nitinol stents with/without polymer coating manufactured by Boston Scientific, Ltd (USA) uncoated Garson (Korea). study included 8 men (66.7 %) 4 women (33.3 aged 51–80 years, (63.0 ± 4.2) years on average. Stenosing esophageal diagnosed 5 patients, gastric outlet— 3, duodenal — one, stricture 3 people. In all indication for impaired patency tract due underlying di-sease. Results. Nutrition restored patients. group cancer, 30-day mortality rate 20%, median survival 9 months. Recurrence dysphagia one person, recanalization stent lumen performed. with outlet duodenum, 33.3%, 11 Impaired emptying detected patient, repeated stent-to-stent stricture, individual had migration, so repositioned. Conclusions. Endoscopic incurable malignant stenoses esophagus, stomach, duodenum those benign is surgery choice, a safe effective that allows you restore continue natural nutrition thereby improve quality life cases. Complications arising late period after were found 25 % corrected endoscopically.
